How do I refund an ordered product(s) ?

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your item(s) purchased on our platform. In case you want your item(s) returned, please apply for return via: My Account – My Orders – Refunds & In Disputes then tell us your order number and the reason for the return. You can return any unwanted products within 3 days provided and make sure that they are in good condition and not effective second sale. If our sellers sent you the wrong products, you need to tell us what exactly the fault is and we will exchange the item for you, if the item is no longer available we will refund to your account. When you return an item please remember to ask the delivery agent for a receipt which you should keep as proof of sending until you have received your replacement or your refund.

How should I pack the item(s) for refunding ?

For change of returns, please ensure that the packaging is unopened and undamaged. For other return reasons, please return the item(s) in the original packaging as much as possible. In additional, for all returns, you will need to include any of the following that came together with your item :
- warranty card
- product tags
- user manuals
- free gifts
- other accessories
Product should wrap it in another layer of external packaging like plastic to avoid damage to the parcel during transportation.
